Order cancellation: If you wish to cancel an order you've placed, login and cancel or contact us at orders@intimatequeen.com and indicate the order number. Your payment will be transferred to your original mode of payment within 4-5 working days if any. If an order is canceled after the product has been shipped, we will provide a refund after we receive your package from the courier partners at the facility.
