Please take note of our standard operating hours, which are from Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 6 pm. Order processing and dispatch are exclusively conducted during these hours. It is important to clarify that any delivery or dispatch timeframes mentioned on the website do not include weekends or local and national holidays.

Our delivery partners offer nationwide delivery, with second-day delivery available in select cities. No matter where you are, we ensure that your order will reach you within 3-7 business days from the date of purchase. Rest assured, all orders are dispatched in fully protected packaging to guarantee that the products arrive in perfect condition. However, we can not guarantee the timeliness of delivery in case of unforeseen circumstances.

  1. Delivery Charges:

We provide complimentary delivery for all orders except for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. Orders placed via Cash on Delivery will incur an additional fee of Rs. 99.

  1. Order Cancellation:

Should you wish to cancel an order you've placed, you can do so by logging in and canceling or by contacting us at orders@intimatequeen.com / whatsapp +919752658802  and providing the order number and Name. If applicable, your payment will be refunded to your original mode of payment within 4-5 working days.
